DSCI 445 - Operations ManagementCredits: 3 This course presents the basic fundamentals of managing operations. It covers issues in selecting, operating, controlling, and updating systems so that goods or services are produced on time, at minimum cost, and according to customer specifications. Topics include forecasting, capacity planning, facility location, inventory management, material requirements planning, Just-in- Time, and total quality management. Prerequisite(s): MNGT 305, ECON 265, and MATH 215. Term(s) Offered: Fall, Spring
