The institutional structure of the financial systems. Surveys both the public and private sectors of our money and credit economy. Emphasis is placed on understanding the impact of the commercial banking system, financial intermediaries, and public finance needs upon the conduct of business finance.

Prerequisite(s): FIN 305 .
