GERO 312 - Living Well Throughout the Lifespan


Credits: 3

This course emphasizes the relationship between aging and a healthy lifestyle.  Students will apply behavior modification theory to concepts of living well throughout the lifespan with an emphasis on aging well into elderhood.  The student will learn about the role of nutrition, exercise, disease prevention, and social connectedness throughout the lifespan.

Prerequisite(s): GERO 215 .
