MNGT 315 - Leadership and Project Management

Credits: 3

This course focuses on the development of leadership and project management skills to prepare students for future of rapid change and increasing complexity.  As effective project management requires both a process and person focus, this course will apply the content of these domains in the context of a real world project.

Prerequisite(s): MNGT 201  or MNGT 305 .
