The education specialist degree (Ed.S) in Educational Leadership is an online program designed to prepare teachers as district-level administrators including P12 superintendency. The program of study includes 30 credits hours beyond a master’s degree. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher and earn a grade of C or better in all required courses. At the conclusion of the program, appropriate content tests are required prior to applying for a district-level administrator license.

EdS Program Admission Requirements
To be considered for admission to the Ed.S. program, the following are required:
- A master’s degree in education or related field from a regionally-accredited institution with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher;
- A valid teaching license
