MATH 203 - Mathematics for Elementary Teachers IICredits: 4 This course is the second in a two-course sequence designed to enhance the conceptual understanding and processes of the common content in elementary mathematics curricula. Topics include proportional reasoning, algebraic reasoning, geometry, measurement, data analysis, and probability. The use of manipulatives and technology will support learning and teaching of the topics studied. Enrollment is only open to students seeking a degree in elementary education or a related degree.
