ENG 226 - Introduction to FolkloreCredits: 3 Through the study of American Folklore in its various forms (legend, food, folk craft and art, superstition, regional dialects, etc.), students will come to a better understanding of how folklore is a part of our individual, cultural, and national identities and, as a result of this knowledge, students will be better able to understand other cultures.
