ENGR 324 - Construction Materials and Estimating

Credits: 4

A study of aggregates, concrete, steel, wood, and asphaltic materials, including concrete mix design. Additional subject matter covered will be characteristics, capabilities, and operating costs of equipment; estimation of construction costs; field inspection practices and responsibilities. Prerequisite(s): ENGR 107  and junior standing in Engineering. Lecture-Lab (ex: 3-1 means 3 hrs lecture and 1 hr lab): (3-3)
