HIST 311 - Women and Gender in America


Credits: 3

Places the experiences of American women in an international context and considers the contribution of women to American history. Particular attention is given to gender relations, the importance of race and class, and the diverse nature of women’s experiences from the colonial period to the present.

Prerequisite(s): sophomore standing.
