NUTR 453 - Practical Applications of Nutrition and Health Screening, Assessment and Disease Management Credits: 1
This course will focus on the study of practical applications of nutrition and health screening, assessment and disease management. Students will apply nutrition and health assessment knowledge and skills. Students will perform nutrition focused physical assessment and subjective global assessment using validated techniques.
Prerequisite(s): CHEM 261 and BIOL 122 and NUTR 452 (NUTR 452 may be taken concurrently)
