PRFS 305 - Leadership by the Numbers Credits: 3
Leadership by the Numbers explores the quantitative aspects of organizational leadership in the 21st century. Students will improve their strategic thinking and organizational decision-making ability by increasing their ability to make data driven decisions. Course topics include reading financial statements, making inferential decisions from forecasting and data interpretation, linear programming, and project management.
Prerequisite(s): junior standing; Bachelor of Professional Studies major
