EDUC 346 - Early Childhood Curriculum I Credits: 3
Examines theoretical views of cognitive development with a focus on how children, ages three through five in preschool settings, acquire, organize, and apply knowledge. Integrated methods and developmentally appropriate activities in early childhood education for math, science, and social studies are emphasized. Foundations for Young Children to the Indiana Academic Standards are emphasized. Field experience required.
