NURS 738 - Quality Initiatives in Nursing

This course focuses on identification of quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.  Literature exploring successful quality initiatives in the past will be reviewed.  Quality strategies will be explored, including Lean™ strategies to improve health care delivery.

Prerequisite(s): NURS 724
