PA 664 - Nonprofit Leadership Credits: 3
The focus of this course is on the actions and styles of leaders in the nonprofit sector as they attempt to influence individual and group behavior. When operating in a not-for-profit environment, leaders must be able to manage a diverse range of stakeholders and exercise leadership both within and outside of organizations. A major goal of the course is a deeper appreciation of these dynamics. Specifically, students will develop an understanding of nonprofit leadership while developing strategies for improved leadership performance.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of PA 632 or consent of the instructor
