EDLE 705 - Introduction to Educational Research

The purpose of this course is to introduce research and a variety of research approaches common to the field of education. The course introduces the language of research, ethical principles and challenges, and the basic elements of the research process within quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, and action research approaches. Additionally, this course provides practical skills needed to locate, evaluate, and cite academic sources.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to Ed. D. program
