This course focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and collaborative management of adult clients who are acutely/critically ill or experiencing an exacerbation of a chronic health problem. The clinical focus is on the role of the acute care practitioner working with a multidisciplinary team across setting to facilitate and accelerate the patient’s return to optimal health.
