EDLE 726 - Legal and Ethical Issues for Educational Leaders

EDLE 726 provides an overview of Constitutional Law, Common Law, Contract Law, Statutes, and Regulations. The course addresses legal and ethical decision-making principles regarding policy development and personnel issues at the local and district level of educational leadership. Historical and educational legal cases will be an integral part of the content of this course.
