MNGT 315 - Project Management 1 Credits: 3
This course is the first of the two courses that helps students to obtain required skills for project management in accordance with nationwide standards and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Students are taught proficiency to prepare to take the nationwide project management certification exam. During the course, students work on short projects after each chapter to help them understand and apply the chapter’s material and step-by-step advance toward the real-life applications of project management.
