GEOL 455 - Global Quaternary Environmental and Geologic Change


Credits: 3

This class seeks to describe and understand the changes in global and regional geologic systems and climate that occurred during the Quaternary by investigating the types of data available, the methods of data acquisition, dating techniques and methods, and the interpretations drawn from the acquired data. GEOG 214 , GEOG 215 , or GEOL 315  is recommended.

Prerequisite(s): C or better in GEOL 311  or GEOL 316
