REST 216 - Cardiopulmonary Anatomy and Physiology I


Credits: 3

Introduces the student to the scientific basis of respiratory care, including the study of the anatomy of the normal cardiopulmonary system, gas exchange mechanisms, and interpretation and clinical application of arterial blood gasses.

Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Respiratory Therapy Program

Co-Requisite(s) (must be taken at same time as): REST 201 REST 211 REST 223 , &  REST 226
