STAT 261 - Applied Nonparametric Statistics

An introduction to statistical methods when the functional form of the population is unknown. Applications will be emphasized but some theory will also be considered. Topics include One-sample, Two-sample and K-sample methods.

Prerequisite(s): STAT 241 , a statistical methods course (ECON 265 , CRIM 352 , ENGR 305 , POLS 332 , PSY 353 , SOC 392 , or TECH 331 ), or consent of the instructor
