STAT 467 - Multivariate Data Analysis Credits: 3
This course is an introduction to multivariate data analysis including topics: random vectors, Mahalanobis distance, Hotelling’s T-square statistic, multivariate normal distribution, inference of the mean vector, analysis of covariance structure by principle component analysis and factor analysis, analysis of grouping techniques by discriminant analysis and cluster analysis.
Prerequisite(s): STAT 241 , MATH 362 , and MATH 438
