COMM 234 - Strategic Writing for Social Media Credits: 3
This course will inform students about tactics used by organizations to achieve strategic goals. Students will practice conducting research to select the best strategies for the target audience and organization. Students will also practice social media monitoring and listening to identify patterns and trends. Students will learn how to apply these strategies to create, write, and post engaging content to effectively deliver messages on social media platforms. Students will also be able to identify the legal and ethical fundamentals of writing and implementing strategies in the online environment.
