MHA 658 - Finance and Post-Acute Care Credits: 3
This course is required to help prepare future administrators to explore the diverse financial planning, management, and accountability systems existing in post-acute care (PAC) organizations today and predicted health care financial uses in the future. The focus is on financial knowledge and information as applied to PAC organizations, including budget concepts, financial analysis, and the integration of strategic goals and objectives with financial planning.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Master of Health Administration program or admission to the Post-Baccalaureate PAC Certificate program.
