EDUC 518 - Intensive Instruction

This course examines teaching methods appropriate for students with exceptional needs that require intensive interventions. Emphasis is placed on developing instructional goals, making ongoing adjustments to meet students’ individual needs, using explicit instruction, generalizing instruction across time and settings, and providing feedback. The course will also examine the use of assistive technology.
