Inquiry in pedagogical leadership provides candidates with job-embedded opportunities to synthesize and apply the knowledge and skills necessary to assume the responsibilities of pedagogical leaders in educational institutions. Activities and written reflections completed for the portfolio are designed to provide evidence that candidates demonstrate the knowledge and skills associated with leaders who have responsibility for teaching and learning in an educational context.
