NURS 618 - Advanced Health Assessment Credits: 3
This course is designed to equip Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) students with the comprehensive assessment skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care across the lifespan. Emphasizing a holistic approach, the course builds on foundational knowledge to enhance the ability to conduct thorough health histories, perform detailed physical examinations, and synthesize clinical findings to formulate differential diagnoses.
Prerequisite(s): NURS 622 , NURS 606 , and NURS 617 (with grades of B or better). NURS 606 may be taken concurrently
Prereq or Coreq: NURS 622 and NURS 617 with grades of B or better
