This course focuses on the essential knowledge and skills leaders need to deliver high-quality programming for young children. It consists of three modules of study (Module 1, Module 2, and Module 3), which include topics on creating and sustaining program excellence, effective employment practices, and promoting peak performance. This is one of the courses that leads to earning the national director credential for early childhood administrators.
