BIOL 121 - Human Anatomy and Physiology I


Credits: 4

An introduction to biological and chemical principles as they apply to the human body. Lectures and laboratory work will cover cellular anatomy and physiology, tissues, and the following systems: integumentary, skeletal, muscular, and nervous. A college-level course in chemistry is strongly recommended either prior to taking, or taken concurrently with, this course.
