EDLE 780 - Critical Inquiry in Higher Education Credits: 1
This doctoral seminar provides advanced students with sustained, authentic opportunities to engage in reflective leadership practice within higher education settings. Through critical analysis, candidates will synthesize theoretical knowledge and apply research-based strategies to address complex challenges facing postsecondary institutions. Emphasis is placed on the development of professional identity, leadership capacity, and strategic decision-making as students navigate real-world contexts and advance toward roles of increasing responsibility in academic and administrative leadership.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of at least 30 credits in the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership program or permission.
