NRSG 865 - Strategic Project Management in Nursing

Credits: 3

In this course, students will step into the role of nurse leader. They will integrate knowledge from their coursework to develop a comprehensive proposal for a major project, which will be implemented in NRSG 867. This course emphasizes leadership skills, strategic planning, and project management, preparing students to effectively lead and manage healthcare initiatives.
