PA 664 - Nonprofit Leadership

The focus of this course is on the actions and styles of leaders in the nonprofit sector as they attempt to influence individual and group behavior. When operating in a not-for-profit environment, leaders must be able to manage a diverse range of stakeholders and exercise leadership both within and outside of organizations. A major goal of the course is a deeper appreciation of these dynamics. Specifically students will develop an understanding of nonprofit leadership while developing strategies for improved leadership performance.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of PA 632 or consent of the instructor.
