41 hours; C or better required in all courses

Certificate Requirements

A minimum of 6 credit hours toward the certificate must be completed at the University.
Credit hours earned for a certificate may be applied toward another degree program. However, a student cannot earn a certificate that is fully embedded (or subsumed) with the requirements of his/her majors or minor, but must include at least three (3) unique credit hours.
Coursework taken more than 4 years before the certificate is awarded may not be applied toward certificate requirements.

Acceptance to the University of Southern Indiana
Completion of pre-requisite courses with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.50 (on a 4.00 scale)
- The following prerequisite courses must be completed by the end of the spring semester in the year the student desires admission to the program: ENG 101 , CMST 101 , and HP 115 .
- All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or higher.
Program candidates must be in good health and capable of fulfilling clinical practice requirements.
