A practical study of citizenship and professionalism in multicultural and multilingual environments. The course focuses on managing the challenges that cultural and linguistic diversity present to both organizations and individuals. A grade of B or better is required in all coursework for the Cultural Awareness Training certificate.

Undergraduate Certificate Requirements

Credit hours earned for a certificate may be applied toward another degree program.
A minimum of 6 credit hours toward the certificate must be completed at the University.
Coursework taken more than 4 years before the certificate is awarded may not be applied toward certificate requirements.
Students earning an undergraduate certificate are not eligible to participate in commencement exercises, but the credential will be added to their official transcript record.
