The Leadership Certificate is designed to provide individuals with the essential skills needed to assume positions of leadership and to excel in these roles. Those currently in the workforce, who seek advancement or new positions, will find that the Leadership Certificate offers a balanced and multi-disciplinary curriculum that will create effective leaders who communicate and innovate.

The program is offered 100% online, with asynchronous delivery, and in an accelerated format that provides working professions with the convenience and flexibility they need to complete this program on their schedules.

Graduate Certificate Requirements

Credit hours earned for a certificate may be applied toward another degree program.
Coursework taken more than 7 years before the certificate is awarded may not be applied toward certificate requirements.
Students earning a graduate certificate are not eligible to participate in commencement exercises, but the credential will be added to their official transcript record.
