MNGT 443 - Organizational Theory and Design Credits: 3
This course involves the management challenge of designing organizational structure to facilitate effective performance and achieve competitive advantage given the evolving nature of organizational environments. Issues will include organizational innovation and change; technological change and organizational restructuring; global competition; organizational culture; employee involvement; participative management and team systems; total quality management; organizational control; communication; and conflict.
Prerequisite(s): MNGT 305 . MNGT 315 recommended.
