PRFS 401 - Teams, Diversity, and Leadership

Leadership plays a vital role directly impacting organizational culture and performance outcomes. A successful leader usually is able to develop his/her leadership strengths and team building competency into effective leadership practices. The purpose of this course is to prepare current and future leaders to understand their unique combination of leadership strengths and ways to integrate these strengths to lead successful organizations.

Prerequisite(s): Junior standing; Bachelor of Professional Studies major
