| EDUC 471 - Supervised Student Teaching in Elementary Education Credits: 3-9
 
 Teacher candidates in the final semester of their program are assigned to a full-time elementary placement for the duration of the semester.  Candidates will student teach using USI’s Co-Teaching model under the guidance of a classroom teacher and a univertsity supervisor.  Prerequisite(s): Permission of the director of student teaching.  All other courses toward the degree must be completed before term begins.
