PSY 261 - Lifespan Developmental Psychology

An examination of the theories, methods, and issues of lifespan human development. Biological, intellectual, emotional, linguistic, perceptual, and social aspects of growth and development from birth through old age are explored within the context of current and classical research in the field. Common physiological, familial, and social stresses associated with individual stages of development are reviewed. Prerequisite(s): PSY 201 . This course is part of the Core Transfer Library (CTL).
