SOC 371 - Classical Sociological Theory

An examination of 19th and early 20th century developments in sociological theory. Course examines developments in some of the major theoretical traditions. The context and key ideas of each tradition will be considered. Students will read original texts. Prerequisite(s): SOC 121  and three hours of sociology or consent of instructor.
