Review of metric system and vectors, the laws of motion and applications, work and energy, states of matter and molecular properties, heat and thermodynamics. Calculus is not employed in the course. Meets The University Core Curriculum  C3: Science category. Prerequisite(s): MATH 111  and MATH 112 ; or MATH 115 ; or MATH 118 ; or placement into MATH 230 .
