TECH 401 - Work Cell and Production Systems Design

Credits: 3

This course covers practical application of the principles learned in previous courses to the design of various types of work cells and manufacturing systems. Case studies and example problems will be covered during the lectures. Lab exercises include the programming and operation of robots, CNC machines, and automated work cells. Prerequisite(s): TECH 367 . Lecture-Lab (ex: 3-1 means 3 hrs lecture and 1 hr lab): (2-2)
