BIOL 381 - Medical Genetics Credits: 3
A survey of genetic concepts including patterns of inheritance, gene structure and function, linkage, recombination, and mutation. The clinical consequences of mutations and chromosome abnormalities such as genetic disease, reproductive difficulties, pediatric disorders, and cancer are related to their underlying genetic basis.
