MNGT 316 - Project Management 2

This course is the second of the two courses that helps students to secure the required skills for project management in accordance with nationwide standards and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Students will finish developing the proficiency needed to take the project management certification exam. During the course, students work on short projects after each chapter to help them comprehend and apply the chapter’s material and gradually advance toward the real-life applications of project management.
