HIST 695 - Capstone: Portfolio Credits: 3
Students will create a portfolio of four significant papers/projects with a strong history component completed during graduate studies; these will be revised as needed under the portfolio director. Students will write an analytical essay that assesses the student’s intellectual development as reflected in the selected papers/projects. To successfully complete the course, the portfolio must be evaluated and approved by a committee of graduate faculty. The review will include an oral interview with the student. Final grade recorded as satisfactory or unsatisfactory only.
Prerequisite(s): 27 hours of completed graduate coursework, permission of program director and instructor.
