NRSG 673 - HSL Practicum II

Building upon the foundational experiences of Practicum I, this advanced practicum focuses on the implementation, evaluation, and refinement of leadership initiatives within healthcare systems. Students will assume greater autonomy in leading change efforts, applying advanced competencies in strategic planning, policy advocacy, and organizational transformation. Through sustained engagement with system leaders and stakeholders, students will complete and present a capstone leadership project that demonstrates their ability to influence healthcare outcomes, drive innovation, and lead with integrity in complex environments.

Prerequisite(s): NRSG 671 (B or better)

Lecture-Lab (ex: 3-1 means 3 hrs lecture and 1 hr lab): 0-1 (Clinical)
