Early Childhood (Non-Teaching) Major, B.A./B.S.

Students who desire to earn a bachelor’s degree but will not require teacher licensure by the state (such as Head Start teachers and other child care providers) may declare the early childhood non-teaching major (non-licensure track).

Teaching Major Grade & GPA Requirement
Students completing a teaching major must earn at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA, a 2.75 major GPA, and a grade of C or better in all courses applied toward degree requirements. Early Childhood Education
