| PHYS 108 - Physics for Educators Credits: 2
 
 An introductory survey of Physics principles that govern our everyday lives. It covers the topics of energy, motion, electricity and magnetism, light and optics, sound and waves, and thermodynamics. Lectures are interspersed with hands-on activities intended to reinforce concepts and to provide the students with ideas for teaching their own classes. This course is for teacher candidates only.
