POLS 429 - Moot Court/Mock Trial Credits: 3
This course will prepare students to participate in undergraduate mock trial or moot court competitions, which simulate arguing a case in court. Teams from USI may compete in local, regional, and national competitions. In the process, students will become familiar with case law and rules of evidence, develop analytical and rhetorical skills, and put them in contact with practicing members of the legal community.
