The methods utilized by corporations in securing and utilizing capital. Major topics of interest include capital budgeting, cost of capital, capital structure, and characteristics of alternative forms of capital. Prereq: ACCT 201 , ACCT 202 , ECON 265 , ECON 208 , ECON 209 , and MATH 215 .
